What to Bring

• Pre-Plan your projects to make the most of your time away. Bring a few different projects so you switch off or if you finish a project
• Individual snacks & beverages; we do have water available in the crop room
• Earbuds or Headphones if you want to listen to music or watch a movie. 
• A tabletop shelf
• A lamp. Never trust the lighting in the room
• A covered beverage holder
• Small Extra table
• A collapsible wagon, great for hauling our "stuff" in/out of the room and storage under the table during the retreat.

Frequently Asked Questions

What time can we arrive and start setting up? Weekend retreats start at Noon on Friday. Mid-Week retreats start at Noon on Tuesday.

How long can we stay on the last day of the retreat? The crop ends, and you need to be all cleaned up by 2:00 PM, either Sunday or Thursday.

What is the Bonus Day? And what is included? The Bonus day is just that,  a bonus 24 additional hours of cropping time! PLUS I have a special project that only the Bonus day people receive. You are able to arrive and enter the room at Noon on Thursday for just an additional $35. 

Is food provided? No. There is an attached restaurant, and there are several restaurants within walking distance.

Can we bring food into the crop room? Yes, you can have your own personal food and beverages, just no food to share with the group per the Holiday Inn Convention Center rules.

Can I sit close to my friends? Absolutely, I send out an email about 2 weeks prior to the retreat asking for group seating information. Just make sure you email me back. 

Are there products to purchase at the retreat? Yes, I have a lot of Stampin' Up! paper, adhesives, kits, and more all for purchase.

How much is the hotel? The Holiday Inn room rate fluctuates depending on the time of the year. I do have a block of rooms reserved for each retreat at a discounted rate. Once you register, you will receive the hotel block information.
